Krishna Goparaju's lecture on Gita and Mukundamala

We started Arjun Vishad yoga then Gyana yoga and Karma yoga. In the seventh chapter. It is  Vigjana Yogam.
Do your karma without attaching to results.
When we do the karma with knowledge, we generate devotion to Krishna paramatma or Srimamnarayana,
Whenever someone does karma without attachment, he is assured of better place in this world and the next.

Marjala nyayam:
Cat is carrying it's kitten in it's mouth her kitten wherever she takes them.
There is a fear of survival for both the cat and the rat.

A true devotee when he keeps Narayan in his heart, he does not fear in his heart just as the kitten do not fear for their life when being carried away.

Krishna and Arjuna both have taken several births but they both remember differently. Narayana knows all his births and that of Arjuna.s where as Arjuna does not know all his lives.

Punyam is something that takes you to SrimanNarayan.
If those who do punya karma are deviated from path, they still carry the good result with them for the next life and will be given rewards accordingly.

Ananya chintayastomam
yeh janah paryupasate
tesham nityabhiyuktanam
yogakshemam vahamyaham

I take care of those who have utmost, undeterred and unwavered devotion towards me.
If all the efforts of earning knowledge, if it does not turn itself into Bhakthi, it is useless tinsel.

Mukundamala written by Kulashekhar Alwar.

Kulashekhar Alwar was the king before he was an Alwar.
When he wanted to leave the palace and go to serve Lord Ranganatha. his ministers used to send devotees to him each day and engage him in serving them and he would not leave the premises.

Arthi this person thinks of god in need

Artharthi thinks of god in case of need for material things

Jigjyasu wants to think of God when he wants to investigate.

Gyani is a person full of knowledge of God and full of devotion

a person who does not know or believe in God, thinks how this world is running.

True devotee looks at opportunities of thinking God even in difficulties.

Or the other way round.

Even in times of difficulties, he thinks of the difficulties as opportunities to think of God.

To reach a destination there could be rougher path or well paved path.

If a person is purchasing a gadget such as a computer, you are also given software to fix it as well as instructions manual.

Similarly, teachings of Alwars are helpful when your path is lost.

This gyanam of using the teachings at the time of need is important for success in life.

Knowledge behind and how to use it in times of need is very important.

Mukundamala teaches us the sense of service to God.

He says he is servant of the servant of the servants of God

taddasa dasa paramavadhi dasa dasa

Asamshayam ...
Daiveshesha manmayi from gita.

Only that person who always thinks of me is dearer to me.
We should take refuge in surrendering to him completely

Srivallabhethi varadethi jagannivasethi
First shloka of Mukundamala

Jayathu jayathu devo devaki nandanoyam
Jayathu jayathu krushno vrushnivamsha pradeepah
Jayathu jayathu meghashyamala komalango
Jayathu jayathu prithwi bharanasho Mukunda

Every time you have questions, you go to your acharya and serve him and ask him your doubts
Mukundamoorthna pranipathyayache..
Bhavantamekantha....

Kulashekhara Alwar is putting his heart in praying Lord Ranganatha and showering him with his praises to Him
